Why are large supermarkets hiding the fact that Halal meat is being used in the food. I think people should have the option or at least know what they’re eating See this video: Muslims are just under 5% of the population, but there is a surplus of Halal meat making supermarkets get it at a lower price and push on the meat to the population at large Usually in the UK sheep are stunned before killed, but this is not the traditional muslin way, any meat that is damaged before being killed is not Halal. Sikhs are explicitly told not to eat muslin ritual meat, yet still the supermarkets have been covering up what is and what isn’t Halal meat.
